It was just a delightful day at the Coconut Point Mall where Martha (Gone A Stitchin'...) and I met Lynn of Kearnel's Korner , who was visiting from Canada for lunch today! We recognized eachother immediately as we nearly collided at the same time heading for the cafe' at Barnes & Noble! That started off our laughing session!Just to spend time with Martha alone is pure heaven for me, so with her and Lynn, together, I couldn't keep a smile off my face. Lynn just kept us giggling with stories, we each had brought stitching to share progress with eachother, and we had a yummy lunch. I could have gone all forever, but the girls had places to go and people to get back to!
Isn't it a good thing I have this picture to last me forever, so I can remember this day of laughter and good times with good stitching people?You come to Naples and see me sometime, too!!

Deb I'm so glad you got to meet Lynn she is such a treat! We hit it off the first time we met. So much so that she threw her lot in and was my roommate at the Cross Stitch Cupboard's Retreat later that fall!
I know I'm going again this year so hopefully she'll be my roomie again!
My best friend is moving to FLA soon (Jacksonville) so I'm hoping to get to go to FLA for my first time ever in the next year or so!

I'd love to come to Naples, but I fear it's not in the cards. Next winter, though, maybe I could send my Dad in my stead? He winters in Florida and is, honestly, much more fun than I am. :D

Thank you Deb for such a super visit! I had a fantastic time with you and Martha and only wish it could have lasted longer. If I come back next year, we'll plan ahead for a stitching day!
