McGoblin Girl/Voodo Contest is Over!

With one last name: Luscious Lily the Pink by Patti, the Contest is over. We are now awaiting Harmien's choice and I'll be sending off a gift package to our winner. And, I'll be trying to finish off the little Voodo Girl, too.
I have a new book to recommend: "The Sepulchre" by Kate Mosse. I can't put it down! It's about love, mystery and historical detail of a mansion and the occult in the 19th century and the 21st century in France. I just love it and highly recommend it. Kate Mosse also wrote "Labyrinth" which was a very good read, as well. Her books tend to have this "time travel" element/connection that makes the story interesting. And I love her attention to detail in architecture and surroundings of the times. I believe "Labyrinth" is now out in paperback.
Jessica is on my case because I haven't been keeping up with my blog as much as I should. I'm sorry. Lots going on, but I'm not feeling much like writing at the moment. I'll catch up with all of you soon.
Hugs,
Deb

I have this book for my iPod - I got it from Audible and have been saving it but now i'm going to take my little Mac upstairs and download the book for tonight to start listening too. Will write soon - I just forget - it's because I'm so darn old! Love Patti xxx

This was my first read of 2008 and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have also read Labyrinth and was totally captivated so I hope Ms Mosse is busy on her next book

I have Labyrinth on my list of "to read" books, and now Sepulchre sounds good also.
